José Lindo is co-founder of 2050 Life Investments, the first impact investment B Corp in Spain. José is also a visionary thanks to being the spokeperson for the positive scenario of the UN Millennium Ecosystem in 2009. Over the years, he has been developing his knowledge, sensitivity and experience on innovative financing mechanisms for mitigation and adaptation to the climate crisis. Throughout his career he has worked as a policymaker for the UN and several governments, designing the fundrising of schemes such as the cap-and-trade EU, ETS, UN-REDD, Article 6 of the Paris Agreement or recently the Voluntary Biodiversity Units and Hemp Removals.
